Community Health receives many sponsorship requests and cannot fulfill all of them. All requests must be submitted through the online Sponsorship Application at least 8 weeks before the event.
Funding priorities include health and wellness and community-based organizations. Priority is also given to organizations with active Community Health staff involvement.
Only organizations with 501(c)(3) status are eligible. Community Health does not fund individuals, political activities, discriminatory organizations, or activities outside our mission. All requests must be submitted through the online Sponsorship Application.
