At Community Health:

  • We offer 7 medical facilities and 2 dental practices in Rutland and southern Addison counties.
  • We offer Behavioral Health services at all practices.
  • We offer Express Care for minor illness & injury, 7 days a week, 8am-8pm, at Castleton & Rutland.
  • We provide medical oversight to 3 Rutland skilled nursing facilities.
  • We provide care to approximately 75% of Rutland County residents.
  • We are ranked by Vermont Business Magazine as #50 of 122 for all Vermont businesses and #30 of 36 for service companies.
  • We serve all patients without regard to income or insurance status and provide a sliding fee discount.

  • 169,646 Total patient visits (156.269 in person + 13,377 Tele-medicine)
  • 40,868 Individual patients
    • 136,037 Medical visits
    • 12,875 Dental visits
    • 17,102 Behavioral Health visits
    • 1,847 Other visits (case management/outreach/diabetes education)
