At Community Health:

• We offer 8 medical facilities and 2 dental practices including pediatric dentistry in Rutland and southern Addison counties.
• We offer Behavioral Health services at all practices.
• We offer Express Care for minor illness and injury, 7 days a week, 8am-8pm, at our Castleton and Rutland locations.
• We provide medical care and oversight to 3 Rutland skilled nursing facilities.

• We serve all patients without regard to income or insurance status and provide a sliding fee discount.
