We offer Behavioral Health services at all practices. We offer Express Care for minor illness and injury, 7 days a week, 8am-8pm, at Castleton and Rutland Community Health Centers. We provide medical oversight to 3 Rutland skilled nursing facilities. We provide care to approximately 80% of Rutland County residents.
