At Community Health we have several locations to serve you, including primary care medical offices in Rutland,  Brandon, Castleton, West Pawlet and Shoreham. We also have pediatric, behavioral health, a pharmacy and two dental health centers to meet your needs.

All of our offices are accepting new patients and we participate with most area insurance companies including Medicare and Medicaid and some insurances from neighboring New York State.

We also have Administrative Offices and Financial Services to assist with any needs you might have.
