Community Health welcomes media inquiries and works collaboratively with reporters to share accurate information while protecting patient privacy and ensuring uninterrupted care.
Media access to Community Health facilities must be coordinated in advance through the Marketing & Communications Department.
- Reporters, photographers, and videographers are not permitted inside Community Health facilities without prior approval.
- Media representatives who arrive without authorization or a designated Community Health escort may be asked to leave.
- Media activity may be halted if it interferes with patient care, staff operations, or clinic access. News vehicles may not block entrances, fire lanes, or driveways.
- Patient consent is required before any photography, video recording, or interviews involving patients or care areas.
- Recording must stop immediately upon request by a patient, staff member, or Community Health representative.
Community Health reserves the right to limit or deny media access to protect patient privacy, safety, and clinic operations.
