Renay Green, PharmD, earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Australia. After practicing pharmacy in Tennessee and Florida, she was excited to return home to Vermont. When she’s not caring for patients, Renay enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her two children and three rescue dogs.
