Philosophy of Care
I believe everyone is capable of change, and position clients as the experts of their own lives. My role as the therapist is to encourage clients to explore their inner worlds, trust their instincts, and express themselves fully. My goal is to create an empathetic and supportive environment, so that I can help facilitate self-discovery and insight. I recognize that therapy isn’t a “one-size fits all,” so I’m committed to understanding each person’s unique needs and experiences so that I can be of best service to them.
