Kayla W. Cummings, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience caring for patients in our community. She began her career as a registered nurse at RRMC and transitioned to her advanced practice role, initially specializing in urology and then spent some time in geriatric medicine. Over the past three and a half years, she specialized in cardiology, providing comprehensive care for patients with both acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions.

I believe that healthcare should be accessible, thoughtful, and personalized, especially in a rural community where continuity of care is essential.My approach focuses on prevention, education, and long-term wellness, while compassionately managing acute and chronic conditions. By taking the time to listen and understand each patient’s goals, I work to create care plans that are realistic, effective, and supportive of overall health and quality of life.
