Psychotherapy
Kaitlynn Baird, MSW, is a rostered psychotherapist at Community Health Behavioral Health. A native Vermonter, she’s familiar with the Rutland community having completed her clinical social work internship at Community Health Behavioral Health. Before Community Health, she worked in the psychiatric unit at Rutland Regional Medical Center, providing group therapy sessions for patients. At Community Health she’ll be diagnosing, counseling, and providing one-on-one support and behavioral health treatment plans for adults and adolescents.
A graduate of Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut, she received a Bachelor of Science in Human Services. She also earned a Master of Social Work from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts.
Baird enjoys the family-like atmosphere at Community Health and the network of primary care services available to patients where health and wellness services are accessible for individuals and families.
She enjoys outdoor activities with her children and nearby family and plays third base with a summer softball adult league.
Philosophy of Care
I believe in a person-centered approach, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for patients who are going through psychological struggles.
