Jordan Carr, PA-C, a physician assistant at Community Health Castleton, is a native Vermonter from Middletown Springs. As a physician assistant, he brings his expertise and professional interests in preventative medicine and the benefits of immunization. Carr joined Community Health as a medical assistant and began his role as physician assistant after receiving his master’s degree from Springfield College where he was honored with the Distinguished Graduate Student Award from the School of Health Sciences and Rehabilitation Studies. He is certified by the State of Vermont and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Carr enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding, board games, paintball, and working and living near his hometown.
