Hannah Brennan, LMFT 

Hannah is originally from Michigan and moved to Vermont with her family shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic. Hannah has 10 years of training and experience relating to family systems. She received her undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University where she double majored in family studies and Spanish. While at Central Michigan University, she completed an undergraduate internship with MidMichigan Health-Gratiot (now MyMichigan Health) in their partial hospitalization program performing group therapy. She later received her master’s degree from Northern Illinois University. Hannah completed master’s level internships at Northwestern Medicine’s Ben Gordon Center and NIU’s Couple and Family Therapy Clinic, providing individual, couple, and family therapies. Hannah has a particular interest in relational therapy, working with complex family systems and life cycle transitions. She is a professional member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. In her free time, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family, birding, sewing, and baking.
