Erin Joiner, MSN, FNP-C 

Family Medicine

Erin Joiner, MSN, FNP-C was born and raised in Glens Falls, NY, Joiner earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and a Master of Science and Advanced Certificate for the Family Nurse Practitioner from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. Joiner was most recently a family nurse practitioner at Glens Falls Pediatrics where she spent five years in labor and delivery. As a new mom herself, she has become an advocate for the benefits of breastfeeding. Joiner enjoys traveling abroad, being a soccer mom, and spending time with her husband and four children.

Philosophy of Care

I spent a lot of time with new moms to be able to support them. My care plans focus on what the patient wants.
