Cristin A. Craft, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC is originally from New York. She attended the State University of New York at Plattsburgh where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She worked at UVMMC specializing in inpatient Cardiology as a Registered Nurse for 5+ years during which she decided to continue her education and attended Stony Brook University where she earned her Master’s degree in Nursing and graduated in 2013. She has a particular interest in gerontology. She has worked in Primary care in the Rutland community as a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner over the last 10 years. She currently is working as a Nurse Practitioner at Rutland Skilled Nursing Facilities, providing primary care to the residents within the facility. She lives in Rutland, Vt with her husband. daughter, and two dogs. She enjoys mountain biking, skiing, rock climbing and paddle-boarding.
