RMHS is organized to maintain and operate a community mental health and developmental disabilities system providing medical, clinical and supportive services, to promote health, and to further other benevolent, scientific and educational activities. RMHS provides services and education for adults, children, and families. Services include programs for developmental disabilities, seniors and volunteers, substance abuse, and the community.
