Dr. Hill went to college at Brown University in Providence, RI where she studied Latin. After college she worked as a Latin teacher in middle and high schools in Connecticut and Vermont before she decided to make a career transition and pursued a medical degree from the University of Vermont. She remained in Burlington for residency training in Internal Medicine during which time she developed an interest in the care of older adults that led her to complete fellowship training in Geriatrics at Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, CT. She has spent the last 12 years as a primary care geriatrician. She has particular interest in the management of dementia and frailty. In her free time she enjoys time with her family, hiking and reading.

Philosophy of Care

Providing patient-centered, comprehensive geriatric care focused on maintaining function and mobility. I enjoy getting to know my patients and working to understand each person’s goals and values while addressing their individual medical needs. We can then work together to maximize health, quality of life and independence.
