Chelsea Greeno, PMHNP-BC 

Behavioral Health | Psychiatry

Chelsea Greeno, PMHNP-BC, is a pediatric psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She works with a team of behavioral health practitioners serving children ages 5 to 21 and their families. A graduate of Castleton University’s nursing program, the Vermont native worked as a primary care nurse and a behavioral healthcare counselor for Community Health before completing the nurse practitioner curriculum and earning a Master of Science in Nursing from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science in Boston.

Greeno loves the lifestyle, community, and outdoors in Vermont. She spends time with her family and enjoys water sports and activities on the lake where she lives.

Philosophy of Care

I practice patient and family centered care with an emphasis on meeting individuals where they are, and working collaboratively to achieve goals and promote wellness. This educates and empowers patients to be an active partner in their mental health care.
