Amanda Domingus, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner, medical volunteer, pet rescue advocate, athlete, and passionate lifelong learner. She works with patients of all ages in primary care, urgent care, emergency department, nursing home, and hospice settings. At Community Health she has found an organization that serves the community with a wide range of services, fulfilling her goal as a primary care provider.
Amanda is a graduate of Chamberlain College of Nursing’s Master of Science in Nursing program and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida where she graduated with honors.
Her nursing career began as an emergency department nurse in Florida. She volunteers her clinical expertise, most recently in an underserved community in Guatemala.
As an athlete, she competes nationally in downhill mountain bike racing and enjoys snowboarding in the winter. She and her husband share their home with Sam, a retriever/husky, Circe, a rottweiler, and K9 Cash, a trained police dog, as well as adopted senior pets.
