Building Bright Futures
Building Bright Futures (BBF) is a statewide nonprofit, public-private partnership, and the designated Vermont Early Childhood Advisory Council to the Governor, Administration, and Legislature in Vermont. BBF is focused on improving the well-being of young children and families by improving the system that serves them. BBF does this through three program areas: Community, Data, and Policy
Child Car Seats
Offers clinics on child car seats and safety, check that car seat is in working order, instruction on how to properly use and install the car seats, any questions regarding car sears and safety. Call for an appointment
Child Care Consumer Concern Line
Provides a place for parents to receive information about Vermont Child Care Providers as well as an avenue for anyone to voice concerns about child care providers in Vermont.
Child Development Clinic
For children (generally under age 8) who may have a developmental delay or disability. They provide developmental evaluation services, follow-up and referral to community services.

Children with Special Health Needs
Children with Special Health Needs provides a range of services to Vermont children - birth to age 21 - who have complex health conditions, and to their families. CSHN provides information, referral , medical services, care coordination, and resources to help families support their children's well being, growth, and development. CSHN services begin with Newborn Screening and continue throughout childhood. CSHN also oversees the Children's Personal Care and Hi-Tech Nursing Programs and collaborates to oversee the Children's Palliative Care Program. At the community level, CSHN partners with Children's Integrated Services Early Intervention (CIS-EI) and the Community Health Teams of the Vermont Blueprint for Health.

Help Me Grow VT
Help Me Grow VT provides a centralized telephone access point, via Vermont 2-1-1, for parents, caregivers, pre-schools, and healthcare providers to get information about and referrals to local services for children birth through age 8. Help Me Grow Child Development Specialists answer questions about children's behavior and development and help identify children who are at risk for delays so that services can begin as early as possible.
Prevent Child Abuse Vermont
PCAVt works to effectively prevent child abuse and neglect through parent education, support, and public awareness . Courses include those specialized for families in recovery from drug and alcohol abuse, military families and reunification and foster and adoptive families as well as a program for nurturing fathers.
