The Department’s primary focus is to help support efforts to make Vermont a more competitive place to do business and create good jobs. DOL consists of Economic and Labor Market Information, Workers’ Compensation and Safety, Workforce Development, Workforce Development Council, and Unemployment Insurance and Wages.
