You will learn alongside experienced healthcare professionals, develop essential clinical and administrative skills and gain real-world experience in Community Health practices throughout Rutland County.

How the program works

Your 25-Week Training Journey

The program combines classroom learning, clinical observation and hands-on training to help you build confidence and practical experience.

Weeks 1–4

Build Your Foundation

Begin with classroom learning, guided coursework and academic support designed to help you succeed.

Weeks 5–10

Observe and Learn

Continue your coursework while shadowing experienced clinical teams and seeing patient care in action.

03

Weeks 11–25

Put Skills Into Practice

Complete hands-on clinical training while continuing your coursework and preparing for CCMA certification.

Program expectations

Your Commitment to Success

Trainees are expected to complete all coursework, clinical training and competency requirements, successfully obtain CCMA certification and continue employment with Community Health in an approved position after completing the program.

Reliable attendance, punctuality, professionalism and active participation are essential throughout the training process.
