Tyler brings over 16 years of experience in emergency medical services to his role as a licensed Physician Assistant, with a background as a paramedic in high-acuity settings including 911 emergency response, critical care transport, and helicopter EMS. In 2023, he returned to school to pursue his PA education at Yale University, building on a strong foundation in emergency and critical care medicine and a commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based practice. Originally from Rutland, Vermont, Tyler values community-focused care and strives to meet patients with calm, thorough, and compassionate attention. Outside of medicine, he is married and enjoys spending time outdoors with his dog, fishing, hiking, kayaking, and gardening.
