Kassia A. Dutton, FNP-BC

Family Medicine

Kassia Dutton is a Vermont native who grew up in the Rutland area and is proud to now care for patients in the same community she calls home. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Castleton University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Before becoming an APRN, she worked as a Registered Nurse at Rutland Regional Medical Center in both the Emergency Department, where she also served as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) and held a CEN certification, and in Diagnostic Imaging. Outside of work, Kassia enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking advantage of everything Vermont has to offer as a four-season state.

Philosophy of Care

My approach to care centers on connection, trust, and empowerment. I believe that strong patient-provider relationships are the foundation of meaningful, effective care. By combining a holistic perspective with evidence-based medicine, I work to support each patient as a whole person—not just a diagnosis. My goal is to help individuals and families feel confident and cared for as we work together toward lasting wellness within our community.
