Folake Azeez has been a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse practitioner since 2019. With 20 years of nursing experience, 10 of which are dedicated to behavioral health management. She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in psychiatric management.

I am a great advocate and believe in the attainability of mental wellness through pharmacology and non-pharmacology lifestyle changes. I engage my clients to be active collaborators in their treatment and therapy.
In my free time, I enjoy travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

I practice a “Care Like Family” philosophy in which I strive to treat each patient with respect and dignity and care for them like family.
