Lisa Cushing, PA-C, is a primary care provider, who is drawn to the mission and philosophy of Community Health, caring for families and all age groups, children to adults, in a community-based network of services. She leverages her healthcare experience in patient care, medical triage, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient satisfaction and drive positive outcomes.
Cushing received a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (M.S.PA) from Le Moyne College and a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of New Hampshire. Originally from New Hampshire, she worked in a small community clinic that provided healthcare for a medically underserved community, where she focused on pediatric care.
She enjoys hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, paddle boarding, and being in nature and sunlight as much as possible, especially with her young German shepherd, Mochi.
Philosophy of Care
I'm a compassionate person and want to give back to my community by making sure those in my care are healthy and by helping them understand how they can maintain a healthy lifestyle through education, wellness and prevention.
