Philosophy of Care

Understanding the uniqueness of each person’s journey is at the core of my approach to therapy. I serve as a guide to help clients express themselves authentically and embrace their inner resources through life’s many transitions. I am dedicated to creating a safe, trusting space where you feel heard and respected. I walk alongside you in sessions, incorporating humor and lightheartedness to create a warm, welcoming environment.
