Philosophy of Care
My care philosophy has always been to help children, teens and families identify and understand the barriers to fulfillment they may be facing – whether they are internal or a product of the environment – and work with them to overcome or minimize those barriers. I see my clients as whole people with complex and intersecting identities that interact to create unique lived experiences. I’m committed to assessing and implementing evidence-based mental health interventions to address these barriers.
