Betty Bell, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker at Community Health Behavioral Health, where she provides therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults. With 25 years of experience as a therapist, her background includes working with nonprofits, state organizations, and faith-based settings. She has expertise in providing affirmative therapy for the LGBTQ community. Her diverse roles have encompassed outpatient services, psychosocial rehabilitation coordination, and leadership positions. She has completed extensive professional training in trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, and suicide interventions.
Bell earned her master’s degree in social work from the University of North Dakota and her bachelor’s degree in social work from Moorhead State University in Minnesota.
In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, the outdoors, summers at the lake, and spending time with her family, three grandchildren, and two French bulldogs.
