Philosophy of Care
The modality I follow in therapy is a person-centered one. I believe being warm, genuine and understanding is a big part in the therapeutic relationship with patients. I also believe patients are the only ones who know how they perceive things and in turn are the best experts on themselves. Everyone has the capacity for self-healing and personal growth leading towards self-actualization.
