Patient Relations

Our promise is to provide you and your family with the best care possible in a compassionate environment. If at any time you don’t feel like we’ve delivered on this promise, please talk to your nurse, provider or ask to speak to the practice manager at the clinic where you are being seen.

The goals of the Patient Relations Department are:

  • To provide patients and families with the opportunity to express feelings about issues that have not been satisfactorily resolved by their healthcare provider. This includes concerns, suggestions, complaints, and compliments
  • To provide a centralized process to ensure that concerns are resolved within a timely manner
  • To improve the experiences of our patients and their families
  • To gather data and provide patient information to staff on patients’ perceptions and satisfaction rates

You can also contact the Patient Relations Specialist who will assist patients and families with concerns regarding their care at CHCRR. For assistance in resolving issues please contact our office Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at 802-855-2097. You may also contact me by email. jjwhite@chcrr.org

As a patient, you will also have the opportunity to complete patient satisfaction surveys. We hope you will take this chance to tell us how we are doing so we can make improvements for you. We can’t fix what we aren’t aware of.
