PATIENT APPOINTMENT REMINDER CALLS-

CHCRR is pleased to announce that they have collaborated with "Patient Prompt" to send reminder phone calls to each patient who has an appointment scheduled. You will receive a reminder call two days before your scheduled appointment and you will have the opportunity to press 1 to confirm your appointment or press 2 to leave a message if you want to cancel your appointment. Your caller ID indicate that the call is coming from the offce where your appointment is scheduled.
