• Nationally: Nearly 1,400 FQHCs provide primary health care to 1 out of every 11 people
• In Vermont: 12 FQHCs provide primary care to approximately 1 in 4 Vermonters

At Community Health:

• We offer 8 medical facilities and 3 dental practices including pediatric dentistry in Rutland and southern Addison counties.
• We offer Behavioral Health services at all practices.
• We offer Express Care for minor illness and injury, 7 days a week, 8am-8pm, at Castleton and Rutland Community Health Centers.
• We provide medical care and oversight to 3 Rutland skilled nursing facilities.
• We provide care to approximately 80% of Rutland County residents.
• We serve all patients without regard to income or insurance status and provide a sliding fee discount.
• Community Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center ranked in the top 20% of all FQHC’s.
