Community Health Locations Are Open to Serve You

See your provider in person or via Telehealth links

Rutland – Community Health’s network of health care centers in Rutland, Brandon, Shoreham, Castleton and West Pawlet are open and providing our community with full health care services, including Telehealth remote appointments. During this difficult time, when so much focus is on the COVID-19 precautions, Community Health continues to provide patients with consultations and visits with our health care providers. Community Health’s goal of preventing the spread of the coronavirus and continuing to help our patients, staff and community stay healthy and safe remains the same.

To address the current situation, including the Governor’s Stay Home/Stay Safe Order, Community Health’s Telehealth state-of-the-art approach is bringing patients and providers together. We are able to reach patients by video, by telephone and in person. We are screening patients to provide the safest procedures for in-person visits, and we are prioritizing the most urgent care.

“For our patients with chronic and non-urgent conditions, we still want to care for your needs. This may occur over the telephone, may occur via a video Telemedicine encounter (using your home computer or mobile device) or possibly you will need to be seen in the office. Your Primary Care Provider (PCP) staff will be reaching out to you and together we will decide how best to meet your needs,”  said Bradley Berryhill, MD, Chief Medical Officer.

“If you have an acute or urgent health concern, then we will work with you and direct you to the most appropriate care environment. If possible, please call ahead. This will give us the best opportunity to ensure that your experience is both safe and satisfying,” Dr. Berryhill added.

Don’t hesitate to call us at 888-989-8707 for appointments and for any questions you have regarding your health.
