Rutland – Community Health Castleton patients and providers are our number one priority, and their safety is always the most important factor we consider, especially during this time of COVID-19. At our Castleton practice, we’re changing the patient delivery system to provide the majority of visits for primary care needs to Telehealth. We want to ensure that we can continue taking care of our patients, but in the way that keeps them and our staff safe during this public health crisis.

Telehealth means you can connect with a provider remotely, right from the comfort of your home. Check our website for details of our Telehealth services. For appointments, Castleton patients can call the Castleton practice directly at 802-468-5641.

Lab services at the Castleton practice provided by Rutland Regional Medical Center have been temporarily closed. RRMC lab services are available at Community Health Rutland as well as at Rutland Regional Medical Center.

There is access to primary care visits at Community Health Castleton, but the majority will be a Telehealth visit. Thank you for your confidence in Community Health as we continue to provide care to our community during this difficult time.
