At Community Health we have several locations to serve you, including primary care medical offices in Rutland, Brandon, Castleton, West Pawlet and Shoreham. We also have pediatric, behavioral health, a pharmacy and two dental health centers to meet your needs. In addition, we offer Express Care. Get quick treatment for minor injuries and illness you just can’t ignore even if you’re not a patient at Community Health. Express care is quick, convenient and never requires an appointment. Express care is offered at Community Health Castleton and Community Health Rutland. We participate with most area insurance companies including Medicare and Medicaid and some insurances from neighboring New York State.
