Welcome to Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region. We look forward to taking care of the medical needs for you and your family.

We operate Primary Care Medical Offices in Rutland, Brandon Castleton and West Pawlet VT. All of our offices are accepting new patients and we participate with most area insurance companies including Medicare and Medicaid and some insurances from neighboring New York State. We also offer Sliding Fee Scales to our patients who do not have medical insurance. The sliding scales are based on your income and family size. Please call one of our offices to make an appointment to find out if you qualify. One of our Outreach Coordinators will be happy to assist you.

Our Primary Care Offices offer a full range of services including preventative health care (annual physicals, work physicals, school, camp and sports physicals), women’s health care, well-child care including immunizations, management of chronic or serious illness, minor office procedures (including laceration repair and removal of skin lesions), workers comp injuries. X-ray and laboratory services are available at some of our locations. Hospital care for CHCRR is provided by Rutland In-Patient Care. RIC is a hospital based practice specializing exclusively in the provision of in-patient care at RRMC. Arrangements for admission to other hospitals can be arranged as needed.

CHCRR also operates a full service dental office at 69 Allen St, Suite 10 in Rutland, VT. They accept all of the same insurances that are accepted at our other offices and they also offer sliding fees scales to our patients who do not have dental insurance. There is also the Castleton Health Center Pharmacy which is located next to our office on Rte. 30 in Castleton VT and the Brandon Community Pharmacy that is located inside of the Brandon Medical Center.. You may use the services at the pharmacy if you wish or you may choose the pharmacy of your choice.
